My wife stayed here for two nights 14/15 nov. 2009 with ouir two daughters 3 months and 2 years in a family room with another friend to help.I had booked for them.The reception was appalling, check in was rude and a finger waved them to a lift somewhere unknown to them.No one else to help in sight.Not a great start.... more

The family room was easily large enough for 2 adults and 2 children. The breakfast was excellent and included in the family package.
