The Landmark used to be a wonderful and chic hotel about 10 years ago. Sadly, today they have a lot to catch up with. The room decor is very old fashioned and even the layout of the rooms is uncomfortable and silly at times. The service is not bad, but nothing to write home about. Same goes for the the... More

We have been guests at the Landmark before and loved it then, so decided to go back . The staff were as usual fantastic, the room above excellence and when you stay there, you feel so special and well looked after. However, it was at breakfast that we felt really let down, we are not particulary awkward people and asked... More

We stayed in a studio suite on 2nd floor. View of the office block opposite is pretty awful, but the room has plenty of room - almost too much really as it felt a bit empty! And too much bare wall space for my liking. However everything else is great - 2 big TV's, desk, huge and comfy bed, tiny... More

An annual visit was taken last Sunday. The whole experience was exceptional. The service by nearly all foreign staff WAS amazing. So professional and caring, putting our lazy brits to shame!! The variety on the buffet was exceptional as the ever flowing champagne. Can't wait to go back. Great Management. x More

Stayed at the beautiful Landmark Hotel for a night last week, Heaven is the only proper way to describe it, the place even smells amazing. The staff were so wonderful, nothing was too much trouble, a smile and a greeting from every single person we encountered. The location was perfect, Oxford Street is perfectly walk-able, Baker Street tube just a... More

My wife and I were introduced to this hotel via a champagne brunch which was a wonderful afternoon spent eating, sipping non stop champagne and chatting to friends to celebrate my 50th birthday! Excellent doesn't describe the service, food and general ambiance of this venue. If you want a treat for a special occasion I would recommend this. We subsequently... More

We have just spent 3 blissful nights in The Landmark. The location is exceptionally convenient for the Heathrow Express and the proximity of the tube station to the hotel is equally attractive. The hotel itself is gorgeous, beautifully decorated and very elegant. Excellent rooms, quiet, clean and spacious, delicious breakfasts with a huge variety of fruits, meats and cheeses available.... Not big travelers to London, we really pushed the boat out for our Wedding anniversary, generally very happy with Hotel and overall decor, food and staff. The big problem was with our room, we had pressed the do not disturb button on 2 days and this was ignored, reason this was a big problem was that an item of my... More

I am very sorry to hear of your recent experience at the hotel and please accept my sincere apologies for the 'do not disturb' not being adhered to. I was most concerned to read your comment of perhaps something missing and that this has not been followed up , I would be grateful if you contact me directly in order... More
