While the Chancery Court is nicely located for the theatre, inns of court, and tube access, things no longer work as they should. The a/c cannot cool the room in summer, the toilets often flush poorly, and when you call for service, nothing happens until you wait and then call a second time. Our room was an executive room, large with 2 queen beds, and a pretty big marble bathroom (shower & bathtub). We were facing the courtyard and it was a bit dark but so quiet.
