Second visit to St Giles and even better than previous experience. Hotel couldn't be in a better location, one minute off Oxford Street, 30 seconds from tube. Staff are nice, concierge in particular are very helpful and friendliest people we met in London. Several nice restaurants on site and bar with nice atmosphere. Also swimming pool, health club, coffee shop,... More

Found that London can be a bit of a Nightmare for hotels. Lot of Hotels have extremely small and out dated rooms. My one at St Giles was not big, but was great for me, I had a double, but single occupancy. Clean, with new amenities which was appreciated. The location is fantastic, right bythe tube and a supermarket very... More

My friend and I have stayed here twice, in January and November of 2011. The first time we our room was extremely small, but we really didn't mind. The second time we got a much bigger room located on a higher floor. It was so amazing to watch the sunrise over London from our window! This hotel is great for... More

Firstly, you cannot fault the location of this hotel, five minutes walking distance from Oxford Street, 15mins walk from Covent Garden - most excellent. Swift and efficient check in / out. However, from there on in it significantly goes downhill fast. The corridors are old and tired - a labyrinth of corridors, all tatty and in need of recordation and... More

I would not return to this hotel again. Rooms very small. We were next to the lift and all we heard all night was the lift and noisy people shouting and banging on doors.Breakfast was disappointing with inedible sausages and the Italian restaurant is not open at the weekend. We ate in the Chinese but not impressed. More

I have stayed at St. Giles a number of times but this was the first time for a while - and nothing has changed. It is a hard review to write because some things are good and some things are less so. The location is superb, it is at Tottenhem Court Road tube station and the top of Oxford Street.... More

I will not be back as have no desire to stay in a small cupboard again. Room was the smallest I have ever stayed in. Lifts were a joke - waiting a long time every trip. Breakfast was a horrible experience and felt like in a prison! I can find no reason why anyone would want to stay at this... More
