Just returned from 9 nights in London. The rooms do vary. The first room they gave us was awful. Large stains on the carpet, chipped tiles on the bathroom floor & no outlet to put our adapter in. Stayed for one night while visiting Aegon Tennis Championships. So handy as Gloucester tube station virtually 1 min walk from hotel and two stops from Barons Court from Aegon. My wife and I stayed here two years ago and were upgraded to a Club room for free. We enjoyed it and the Club lounge was mostly empty and great for late breakfast and reading daily papers.
