We didn't have a great start to our stay here. The room they chose for us had a broken a/c unit. They offered to switch us to a room that sounded like the elevator was traveling directly through it. The Pelham is a wonderful, tastefully appointed boutique hotel perfectly located across the street from the South Kensington tube stop.
