Two beds in a 5th floor (reception said 4th) without lift, filthy bathroom, no heating, only one bed side light and without cover, breakfast very poor. This hotel is handy for Victoria Station and the Gatwick Express. It's cheap and not very cheerfull but appears clean. More of a backpackers hotel really and well situated. It served its purpose. more

Unclean, unfriendly, unhelpful staff. Is close to Victoria Station (5 min) and Buckingham Palace (10 min walking) but stay at the Best Western just down the street from the Hanover, you will get a cleaner hotel, slightly higher rate but will be much happier. more
