We stay at this hotel every year when we go to the Challenge Cup Final. Although the hotel is nothing special, the rooms are nice and looked after. I'm not a big fan of London but the hotel is very nice for the price. It's in an ideal situation with Hyde Park and Kensington Palace just over the road, and... more

In short- Single rooms TOOO small, stuffy and claustrophobic. Fridge in my room didn't work and staff didn't care less. Breakfast wasn't worth going down for- very poor No restaurant - only snacks in the bar Front desk staff rude and scowling, if they cracked smile it would be a 1st! concierge hard to understand and another one that needs... more

Clean and spacious room. Rather quiet although on ground floor. Reception staff was friendly but rather disorganized and slow. Booked a single room but got a big twin room so it was comfortable. Great value for money. High standard for London. more

I read a lot of reviews for this hotel before and after we stayed there last week. It is interesting to note how expectations and assessments of travelers vary. However, some of the comments were right on target. We stayed for 5 nights in this hotel. Booked over the Internet .We needed just a place to sleep after days spent... more

Although it's definitely a hotel with very basic amenities and style, I enjoyed my stay at the Central Park Hotel. The room was clean, if small, but that's what I came to expect reading all the reviews of London hotels. I was with my niece, and I think she was quite satisfied too. As to the staff, I can't say... more

I found most of the aspect of this hotel satisfactory. Didn't use any services or spend time except to sleep. Convenient location, staff seemed nice. But my wife was eaten by bedbugs! I can't speak about the entire hotel, but Room 446 was infested. I saw on another site a review from a month ago that said there were bedbugs... more

After staying at a similarly priced hotel in the same neighborhood, I switched to this hotel and it was a drastic improvement over the shanty I was staying in. For 52 pounds a night, the room is clean and comfortable (people saying small clearly haven't stayed at a London budget-friendly hotel before) with a spacious bathroom. It is 2 blocks... more

Breakfast very minimal - tea and bread Rooms are a little old. Not happy that there is no storage for luggages. We have to store at Victoria Station while waiting for our night flight. more

We used the room primarily as a base to explore London in a one week trip. The hotel staff was very accommodating about our repeatedly changing our booking to get the best rates possible. The weekday rates were very attractive at around 60 GBP a day (no breakfast). The room is a simple, no frills room with a safe, a... more

"No frill" room is clean but small and void of any decoration. Tiny TV . Bathroom lacks towel hangers. The buffet continental breakfast included in the deal was minimal and served in a dismal dinning room. Our flight out of London was at 10PM. The hotel has no baggage room facility and extended stay was not available. The best they... more
