The upper rooms are very good. The drawback is that the lift don't go to the top floor. Yip, that means you gotta carry your luggage up the small staircase to you room. The lift is also very small. The staff Is always willing to assist. They have a great taxi deal to the airport.

The room was like a prison cell. I could stretch both arms out to touch the walls. The skirting and radiators were very dusty and hairy. Is an average hotel... the room are tidy and clean, bathroom is very tiny, no frigobar, very good and confortable beds... when we arrived the room wasn't ready, so we changed..... it's near the Paddington's underground... staff was friendly and helpful... clean towels were left in the corridor's floor...

Nice and clean rooms ...although on small side ...staff helpful an friendly ...service received good...dinning room was busy on mornings some people having to wait for tables clearing...but excellent breakfast couldn't fault it....would return again
