Stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The hotel was an easy,level walk less than 10 minutes from Paddington Station .Our room was small and pretty basic but also clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Have stayed here 5 times over the past 10 years and have seen the standards of this place gradually slipping. Went down last year for the Springsteen concert and was very dissappointed in this hotel. I stayed for 2 nights while visiting London and had a comfortable pleasant stay. Room was clean and warm, TV and could make a cup of tea in room. Close to Paddington station was very convenient. If returning to London, I would stay again. more
