The first thing that comes to mind about this hotel is the location. Take the Heathrow Express directly to Paddington. Its located just 300m or so from Paddington Station. Norfolk Square, being perfect base for a tourist. Belvedere is placed not so god, in the Park. Some rooms are rather noisy. Room standard and breakfast is about the same as in the other cheap hotels.
