Friendly helpful staff. The twin room was a good size and very clean . The building itself is beautiful with all the original features, sweeping staircase and domed ceiling. Location is great, Hyde park, V&A museum within walking distance . Would definately visit again and recommend to friends and family.

This is a fantastic hotel. The staff are super friendly, rooms have everything you need, with a real homely feel. The executive room upstairs is particularly good. Very close to Sloane Square and Kings Rd so great location. Love it and will be back!

The room was very spacious (even with three ladies & luggage!) and within walking distance to most major sights. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was in a lovely room downstairs. I felt it was a good value for the money.
