We were looking forward to our 1-night stay having booked through air-miles. We checked in and were informed that we were getting an upgrade to a room with a 4-poster bed. Great ! We absolutely enjoyed this hotel, it was very quaint and "english". The service was excellent. The staff went out of their way to help us with what ever we needed. For example, we booked on Expedia and had requested a king room and we were given a double. The staff moved us to a king room after a phone call.... more
