What disappointed me the most about this hotel is false advertising. The Marriott web site states that the hotel "is the most contemporary of hotels in London" and that it sports a "modern design." Decent hotel in a very good location. Rooms and public areas very much what you'd expect. Bar and restaurant about as bland as all Marriott's. Staff very friendly but pretty young and under trained, as usual with Marriott's. more

We have stayed at the Marriott in Kensington twice and really enjoyed both stays. They have a large Family rooms with 2 double beds and a large sitting area which is nice. Stayed here for a weekend to celebrate my 40th. The location was excellent, 5 minutes walk from Gloucester Rd tube station and 10 minutes walk from the Museums.
