We booked The Grove after seeing a deal for it on Last Minute.com. Check in staff were v friendly, and upgraded up on arrival (free of charge!) The rooms were spacious, clean, with a great shower. Only small downside is our room overlooked the train station - so no view! We had someone from the hotel knock on our door at aprox 5pm to offer us chocolates - for free! The hotel pool and steam room was lovely, and a great way to relax before a nightout. Overall I would recommend the Grove, I believe it's supposed to be a 5*, I'd maybe say it's a swish 4* but you can't beat it for the price, location, and service. more
