You can't get wrong by choosing the Intercontinental Park Lane. Good location, standard rooms (which is big room for London), everything works, friendly staff. Downside: expnsive, Internet is charged and isn't cheap and no character. Most people don't mind as they're on a corporate business trip and just use it to sleep so the lack of character isn't an issue.... More

Although my experience of 5 star hotels isn't vast by any means, this hotel was superb! Fantastic service through out our stay, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spotless, could find no faults at all, although the pillows are somewhat uncomfortable for sleeping at least! Otherwise a great stay and would go back! More
