We were well card for by staff and the room was excellent. Great location as well. We plan to return again. The bed was most comfortable and the bathroom clean with a good shower. We really liked having WiFi available but it was a little trouble having to put in new codes every day.

When they finally realized that we wanted a twin room, whit two separate beds, everything was fine. The staff was friendly and helpfulle :) The room was clean, and were maid every day. It could have been more selections at the breakfast. The hotel was located near two subways and a really nice park :)

i stayed last week, now it is becoming a Hilton. all the nice hilton touches are becomong available. free wi-fi for honors guests, room upgrades etc... was a bit full of coach parties, but beds lovely and comfortable and hilton breakfast avaulable now.

Trying to stay positive, but honestly one of the worst hotels I have stayed in - hoping the Hilton connection means it will be renovated.
