We stayed at the Ambassadors Bloomsbury on the way back from a week at the German Christmas Markets. What a warm welcome awaited us on our arrival, our room was small but perfectly adequate, the decor was good and the bathroom super. The toiletries were 5* wish I could buy them for home. We decided to have room service, which... More

Clean minimalist hotel, great location, short walking distance to Euston Station & a good number of shops for convenience items, including wine & spirits. Small clean room, great shower pressure, friendly & pleasant staff, especially in the Number 12 restaurant, very good buffet breakfast with plenty of choices, great coffee, large selection of morning juices. Negatives: The exhaust in the... More

I stayed here quite a lot when the hotel was first opening and room rates were discounted to reflect the construction work that was going on. Since then it has been a bit out of my price bracket but I used a pre-Christmas rate to sample it again. It is a very successful product. Helpful staff and an excellent breakfast... More

Nice clean (delux) room's. Great location as within walking distance to tube. The staff serving breakfast were actualy rude, made us feel uncomfortable. May stay again due to location. More

I planned our works Christmas do at this hotel and several of us booked a room to save the long, cold journey home! We paid £140 on laterooms. We booked a twin room and on arrival booked in very easily and made our way to the 3rd floor. The public areas were spotlessly clean and had a cosy, Christmas atmosphere.... More

Now I've hesitated before writing this review, because I've been caught out before with hotels that are fine one week and dire the next - the Ambassadors is different. very... More

Choosing a hotel in London is never easy but, based on my experience of the Ambassador's, it made my stay very enjoyable. More

As people have stated before, the rooms here are pretty tiny. OK if you're paying sub £100 a night, not good at £190. Bathrooms are an after-thought and v v small, shower over bath etc. Burnt my leg whilst walking past the toilet on the towel heater - that kind of thing. Room itself was OK - carpet was a... More
