Stayed here with my boyfriend for one night but wish we had booked for two! Friendly staff seemed to remember us from last time and we were greeted with smiles as we checked in; yet again we were upgraded to executive room which we were thrilled with! Had a beautiful meal in the Elements restaurant and then went out in... More

We (family of 4) stayed here in 2 interconnecting rooms in Feb 2012 for 3 nights. I thought it was on the expensive side but the rooms are a good size especially for London. Showers were fine also. Try and get a price that includes breakfast as they charge £16/person otherwise (although children eat free with paying adults). Location is... More

Stayed here last night with my wife and daughter. Overall a great hotel because I booked it with hotels.com. The room rate in the hotel was advertised at £415 for a triple room. It was not worth that. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only downside was that to get to our room we had to walk through... More

Just spent a weekend at this hotel in a family room. Good value and great location. A couple of minor problems with the room but were quickly dealt with. Very close to tube but check at weekends to make sure not closed for repairs. More

Very close to Tower Hill Tube Station; close to Fenchurch St Station; Close by Tower Bridge/ Tower of London/ St Katherina Dock (which is absolutely worth a visit!) This is a Novotel "new generation". I stayed several times in this hotel; very friendly staff, lovely English breakfast buffet; modern, clean room. Had a delicious dinner at their restaurant ! I'd... We stayed here for one night in early February 2012 having made the booking via the Novotel web site for a standard room at just over £100.00. I found this location extremely easy to drive to and my stay was made all the more enjoyable because car parking close by in the Minories Car Park E1 8LP was only £2.00... More

A good location from which to base a London sightseeing weekend, or if you have an early meeting in Essex to get to from Fenchurch St Station (like I did). Very convenient location only a few metres from Tower Hill Tube station and similar distance to Fenchurch station. Staff was very well trained and friendly - this was the first... More
