We stayed as a family for just one night. There was no phone in the room. In the morning when we struggled with either extremely cold or boiling hot water, the manager still argued it was not a big prblem. We booked this hotel at short notice. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately some of them do not understand English very well. The room was small but adequate. We only slept there. Breakfast was included in the price and was adequate. more
