Stayed here in for a couple of nights at the weekend. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Location is great for shopping, drinking and dining. Breakfast was alittle expensive but there are lots of alternatives close by to suit every taste. More

We stayed here in December and had the most gorgeous suite. The bar is a lovely oasis to return to, in order to avoid the crowds in the bars close to the theatre. Service was good but what really sold the place was the standard of the room. Will definitely return. More

We stayed in an executive room which was spacious for being London and in general correct. The only big and incomprehensive mistake was the heating system.
