Very tired, dated and shabby - I expect a lot more from the Hilton brand. Hotel consists of different buildings connected by long, cold, grubby uPVC corridors – it’s more like motel chalets than a hotel. Lots of dirty uPVC everywhere in fact. Rooms on the fourth floor are sort of pre-fabs stuck on top. It is worth noting (the... More

We choose this hotel as we were going to a show at the O2. The public areas in the hotel were clean and modern and the staff were polite and helpful. We had a family room for 4 and it was brilliant, very large with a balcony overlooking the Thames. Key points: - Plenty of parking - Reasonable prices for... More

Ok it's in the business disrtict and it's just functional. But, I expect more of Hilton. This is shabby and tired and either needs retired or completely overhauled. For the money charged it is just not worth it. On the plus side, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. More

We booked this hotel, because of its location and the deal we asked for was Bed and breakfast, this was paid for by card, on our arrival we were told that we only had a room booked and did we want breakfast? whcih would be £15.00 per person for 2 nights, we declined as we were going for breakfast with... i booked this hotel for my parents. the room was OK size but didnt justify the surcharge as superior. river view was possible at 90' as the window was an attic. all in all the room was in good shape and the heating was working fine. Parking is free but it gets crowed in the eve and cars need to... More

Stayed overnight on Feb 4th, and had a poor experience from the beginning. The reception staff couldn't find our reservation and made us sit and wait while they served other guests for 20 minutes. Then they told us the hotel shuttle ferries ran every 10-12 minutes, failing to mention there are breaks of an hour in the service every few... More

This isnt the usual Hilton style hotel, it looks more like a conversion of an office block, however thats no bad thing, just an obervation. The easiest way to reach the hotel is via the free courtesy ferry from Canary Wharf, its a 5 min walk from the DLR/Jubilee line to the jetty then a 2 min journey across the... More

We visited the Docklands Hilton as a base for a girlie weekend to celebrate a birthday. Locating the hotel did give us a little bit of a challenge, but once we got there it was worth it. We were greeted by a really friendly receptionist and check in was quick and easy. We were shown to our room by the... More

The staff was the friendliest I have ever seen! The hotel offers stunning views of the Thames and Canary Wharf, enjoy them! The breakfast was fresh, warm, a lot of variety and offered the typical "English Breakfast" option too. Easy access to and from the station with the Hilton bus.. I would definetely stay here again! The ferry that takes you across from canary wharf pier does not come often so if you miss it be prepared for a very very cold wait. Also the last ferry is at 23:50 - so you can't stay out late! it is very cold around there due to wide open space. the hotel is not what you would expect... More
