Actually stayed there in 2002, took advantage of the Queen's anniversary and attended all the free museums and galleries I could. Third trip for my mom, most down to earth for her. Booked room with shared bath, did not see the hostel area as separate area. Elevator always an adventure, but very helpful for older legs. Excellent value, able to store food in fridge and breakfast was basic continental. Plan to stay again while son attends RADA in 2008.
