For the price you pay, this hotel is the best budget hotel in central London. Very friendly staff, clean towels and beds made every day. Good full english breakfast. Very good location, close to Paddington and Lancaster Gate stations. 10 minutes walk to Oxford Street.

We only paid £19 a head, so we went in to this with our eyes open. Staff are very cheerful and helpful. The full english breakfast made up for any shortcomings. This hotel is well located close to Paddington and is a typically English affordable hotel. Varying the size of the rooms, but quite ok. Get a room on the top floor is a pain without a lift. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Every morning was served English breakfast which was very good. Will certainly be returning to this hotel.

Very correct hotel. Placed well in border of Hyde Park. Nice and helpful staff. The price is a little brought up and cost of the reservation (by paying with the card American Express) sold altogether before the stay.
