Great location, easy transport links to hotel and return journey home, plus getting out and about in London to see the sights. The room was very comfortable and spacious enough for our needs and very clean. The shower was powerful and hot, lovely. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was great, it really set us up for the day. We will definitely use this hotel again. Watching the London Eye whilst eating breakfast - what's not to love.

We have just spent 2 nights at this hotel and it was perfect for what we wanted. A central location, at a reasonable price and with good facilities. We paid for the cooked breakfast both mornings, which kept us going for the day. We also ate our evening meal here, which saved wandering the streets to find a restaurant. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even providing a bath mat because they didn’t have a room with a walk in shower. The room was large and it was possible to adjust the heating which was good. The only slight negative was that the WiFi connection in the room was very slow. We only used the free WiFi as I wasn’t paying for it, but I think it should have been better in central London! However we had an enjoyable stay at this hotel and would definitely stay again if I was in London.…

This Premier Inn is the best I have stayed at. Exceptionally clean. Staff were very helpful and polite. The London Eye was outside my window (room 400) and Waterloo was so close by I could walk in 5 minutes. Loved it!

Great experience, friendly staff, especially the dining room staff. Reasonable food prices for London and food was quite good. The central location is the main draw and access to rail and tube links for outside London travel is brilliant. I always stay here and probably always will.

Incredible hotel right at the heart of the city (next to London eye). Staff were really friendly especially Yasodara and Robin. Our family room was big and clean. The breakfast had a variety of options. Highly recommend this hotel and only 20’mins walk from Leicester Square and Covent Garden.

The very best Premier Inn we have ever stayed in. Well worth the upgrade. The staff, yes all the staff were so helpful and caring. . The room was large and spotlessly clean, compared to usual London hotels we have stayed in. The food was definitely up a notch from the usual P I. Fayre . The hotel is incredibly quiet, yet so central for all the sights! You can walk to many, and there is a very efficient taxi ordering service in the foyer, We’ll definitely be back!

Very comfortable modern hotel. Providing decent food and accommodation at, for London, a reasonable price. Close to many Westminster tourist attractions and has good access to the tube system. Room was larger than expected, very comfortable bed and a clean modern bathroom with a good shower.

Booked this hotel due to its wonderful location. On arrival we had fantastic customer service experience from Francess and Reyel both a credit to Premier Inn. A warm welcome from both and dealt with our early check in with politeness and professionalism. Our room had an amazing view of the river , London Eye etc. Will definitely return to this hotel.

Next to London Eye. Really short walk to National Theatre, BFI and the Southbank Centre. Very near main bus routes for everything else - if you are under 60 most of tourist London is in walking distance. Great Premier in cooked breakfast
