When we arrived at the Hampton Court Palace we were warmly greeted and given the run down of what room and things we were in, we were happily surprised to find out we had been given a family room for my and my friend! When we got to our room it was very clean and were really happy with the... More

I unfortunately left my hotel booking until the last minute when staying away for work last week, so I was clutching at straws, and this was one of only a few hotels still available at a reasonable price. It isn't in the greatest area of London, but not as bad as some reviews suggest. My welcome was friendly and the... More

Booked at last miniute and then saw the review from Kategordon! Arrived expecting some rat infested hole but found a lovely although a bit tired victorian pub. Rooms were spotless and breakfast to die for so can only think that Kategordon didnt stay at the same place. And as for the BAD ATTITUDE from Clive what rubbish he was like... More

We stayed for 5 nights during the Olympics. Nice friendly staff and good value with an excellent fry up for breakfast. It is slightly shabby but clean and has not had all its character erased. We expected to see Del Boy come in the door some night but alas he never showed. It definitely beats an anonymous hotel and we hope... More

Shabby foisty rooms & a barman owner known as clive has a bad attitude & claims to be a falklands vet paratrooper! also the worst problem is the RODENTS scurrying around the bedrooms to wich when complained to clive was met with the reply 'bollocks' wich means they refuse to acknowledge the RODENT problem in their slum! also was moved... staff were very friendly and helpful. The accomodation was good value, especially for london. Quite location for saying above a pub and near the railway line also in a built up area. Handy being 5 minutes away from elephant and castle tube station. Good breakfast and the room very clean and tidy and accomodating for a small child.

We needed a last minute hotel in London. The Hampton Court Palace Hotel reviewed nicely, and the pictures looked great. I hate to be so harsh, but it is in bad shape....it is a dump. It smells like the dog they let fun around the place. Their is no lift/elevator and the stairway upstairs is pretty rough. Every time you... More

Hampton court was fabulous. You need the better part of the day to see it all. Audio tours are fine but spring for the real ones if possible.

A corner pub - 2 adults 2 kids in a 4 bed room on 1st floor was quite comfortable. Good Value accomm. Staff were helpful and the hotel patrons friendly.
