clean, quite, comfortable little apartment we booked for three nights. absolutely great loacation - 5 minutes from kings cross station- from where you can catch any tube line in london and easily to get anywhere we wanted. clean modern toilets with towels/shampoos/slippers etc coffee/tea also in the room as well as pots and things you need if you want to... I stayed at the hotel with three friends in January. The location is perfect because it's near different attractions and tube stations. It's a good zone and many places are walking distance. The Breakfast is very good and the room quite clean and comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful. More

Lovely small hotel just a couple of blocks from Russell Square Station (6-8 minute walk)- great location and very reasonably priced. The hotel is in a group of terrace houses in a quiet, semi-circular street overlooking a private garden and tennis courts. We had one of the front rooms with an ensuite - it was quite large with high ceilings,... More

We spent a perfect three nights here as part of my wife's seventieth birthday celebrations. The elegant Georgian crescent is tranquil both day and night. It overlooks pleasant gardens with tennis courts, but is only about six minutes walk from the Euston Road and St Pancras and King's Cross stations. Tube and bus routes make access to all parts of... Spent one night at this hotel. Very comfortable twin room. The hotel is more of a B @ B, but that suited me fine! Much rather that than an anonymous larger hotel sometimes. The breakfast was fresh cooked, so not the scrum of a buffet that you get in so many hotels now. Nicely served and not rushed. Coffee and... More

Booked for one-night stay for weekend break. Chose after horough reading of reviews on TripAdvisor and other sites. Was not disappointed. Not fancy, but comfortable, clean room, good sized bathroom, helpful and pleasant staff. Excellent value for central London. Was able to check in slightly early and leave luggage to collect later on day of check-out. Brilliant location, a few... More

Our room was adequate, if a bit small, with everything I would expect including a spotless showerroom. The building is as one expects of a Georgian terrace; showing its age in places, sloping floors, etc. Breakfast was a bit basic but cheerfully served in a pleasant room. All the staff seemed up to the job and friendly. An easy walk... More

We have used this hotel on 4 differnt occasions now, we have always found it clean, comfortable and inviting plus it is a very reasonable in price for a Central London Hotel. The staff are always helpful and polite if sometimes their English Language leaves something to be desired. Breakfast is pretty basic but you have the choice of an... More

Thank you very much indeed. Please do keep coming to us. The staff are all very conscientious and those whose English is less than perfect take lessons every day after work to improve. More

Stayed here last night, the area is lovely and seemed nice and safe, on entering the hotel I was greeted by the staff who couldnt speak a word of english, I was shown to my room and had the keys shoved into my hands outside my room door and just left. When I got into the room I found a... More

This lady guest arrived in the middle of the night. She booked one of our budget, basic singles (non ensuite rooms) rather than one of our other larger rooms, all of which are ensuite. Our overnight receptionist (who is a young E.U. graduate with proficient English and has been highly rated for his helpfulness by other guests) chatted briefly to... More

We arrived at Kings Cross and were able to walk to the hotel, not too far at all.It was on a pleasant tree lined street which was very quiet indeed. Location was great for many of the sights and theatres.Yes the room was small and on the second floor which meant two flights of stairs. Not a problem if you... More
