Stayed just one night fortunately.Room was very hot during the night even with window open.No a/c just a fan .Limited TV channels .No BBC1 ,ITV1 etc..Bath took ages to fill. Very poor buffet breakfast. No fresh fruit just tinned peaches & pineapple.Luke warm scrambled eggs and cheap sausages. No bacon.Stacks of industrial sliced bread. Not worth the £122/night weekend advanced booking rate.

This hotel is very well located for my purposes but my second visit was less satisfactory than my first because of the room I was given. I'd booked a single room and was given room 17 at the front of the hotel. It was clean but cramped and shabby and the traffic noise made it hard to sleep at night.... More

Recently stayed two nights over Bank Hol weekend period. All very positive. Comfortable, clean room (we were in Room 20 at back), newish looking shower/bathroom. Everything in the room worked as you'd expect. All as described 'on the tin' - free wi fi, parking, plus cooked self serve breakfast. Hotel is basically three separate, detached Victorian buildings in a semi... More

I stayed here 3 nights during a business trip in London. The fee was around 160 pounds / night for sgl without breakfast. In this money i got: - one room with 3 beds! (When you are alone is not quite the best arrangement to feel good) - the room (no 2) was placed between the entrance in the hotel,... More

Selected this hotel on the basis that I was visiting someone who lives in Chiswick for a couple of days, for a catch-up and spending time visiting a few sights in London. The hotel was very handy, being easily found on the high street and well placed for a number of underground stations, places to eat etc. A definite plus... More

This hotel ticks nearly all the boxes if you are using it for a short stay. Conveniently located to main roads, bus routes and underground. Even has it's own car park which makes it worth staying here whatever. The staff well what to say-truly fantastic and I don't say that often. They even offered to carry the case to the... More

A car park - a great bonus in London. Warm welcome on arrival and help taking bags to room. The room was clean and spacious with all the usual facilities. Tasty breakfast with hot and cold choices. Good value for money. Good location

The staff are excellent! The rooms were finished to a very high standard, as was the hotel as a whole Buffet Breakfast included which was good ( no bacon or mushrooms:) but would set you up for the day and well cooked .. NON of that awful motorway service station taste. The drinks were always available and the Conservatory extension... More

We will stay again as this was very convenient to both, London (Zone 2), walking along the Thames, Kew Gardens and relatives. The breakfast is standard, but plentiful and could use more fresh fruit. The room was comfortable and quite, facing the back gardens. You are on the Chiswick High street, two tube stops on the District Line with easy... More

The best features of the Best Western Chiswick are its location on a vibrant shopping street within easy walking distance of two tube stations and its price compared to similar hotels closer into the center of London. The facility itself is showing its age--for example in my room the toilet needed constant priming, the shower door wouldn't close properly, and... More
