I chose this hotel for its big rooms, good for family. I made my booking for room 11 in April. When we arrived at the hotel with my family the night of our stay (in July) the only welcome we faced was a rude "come in" and an unsmiling face from the front desk lady. The real disaster was that... more

I dont like to write and complain but i need to. This hotel needs a good clean, a good makeover and just a fresh start. Good location. Some classy hotels on the same street, this hotel has great potential ! shame its in a dingy state at the minute. I would rather not visit london if i had to stay... more

We stayed for four nights. Big and homey room. It was always nice to come back to it to rest. Double glass windows to keep the room quiet. Excelent location. To the Soho we always went by foot. Breakfest is nice, basic english style. Very helpfull staff. Nice and practic. Not expensive. more

We booked this hotel as we needed a family room for five in central London, close to Oxford Street etc.. Our room on the third floor was large and at the rear of the building which is quiet, there is no lift in the hotel. The room had a double and three single beds in it which was quite cramped... more

The hotel itselv was OK, could be cleaner, e.g. the cups for making coffee or tea were used by the guest before us. What really made me angry was when I payed. I requested especially that my VISA card should be charged in GBP and not in my local currency Danish Crowns as I know that very bad exchange rates... more

We have just booked our favorite room at Wigmore Court Hotel for the fourteenth time. We always choose room one, because it is on the ground floor facing the street, allowing us to look out in the morning for an idea of the weather and whether we will need coats, sweaters, or umbrellas. The traffic and occasional siren do not... more

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night as we both had weeknight work dos to go to and didn't want to attempt our normal long commute home late at night. The hotel was very conveniently located for what we needed and was comfortable enough but nothing special. We didn't pay that much for the room and breakfast so... more

I have to hand it to the young woman that checked me in, she was extremely courteous and even insisted on carrying my not-so-light suitcase up 4 flights of stairs. That's right, no lift in this hotel. The room was okay though it was missing a few things. An alarm clock for example but the front desk does offer wake-up... more

We stayed at the Wigmore Court for four nights at the end of July and were satisfied but not blown away by our stay. Basically, we found the staff to be very helpful - they allowed us to check e-mail on the office computer, and did not charge us for use of a baby crib - but the hotel environs... more
