Very disappointed with this place given the rave reviews... unless I was just unlucky. However i may be a bit harsh in this review as I had just stayed at the Hilton Paddington the night before (far far far superior but much pricier when paying full prices) Location is reasonable. 5 minute walk from Paddington station so no complaints there.... more

The hotel is located in an area CHOCK FULL of hotels. It's a bit of a walk from the Paddington station but not too bad. The staff was very nice and accommodating, and the room was very large. Good location 5 mins walk from Paddington station,excellent security, very courteous staff, good sized room, mattress too hard, noisy 6 am heating system, dryer didn't dry completely, creaky floors in hallways, very very clean, internet access only about 20% reliable.
