Have stayed three times at the Sanctuary House this year - I found it clean, comfortable and quiet (apart from a slightly creaky floor above). A bag of my clothes, including an expensive top, was accidentally thrown in the bin by a cleaner while I was there. The hotel has made a half-hearted , disorganised attempt to sort this out, and a month letter I'm without neither clothes nor reasonable compensation. I booked a room for two nights at the Sanctuary House due to recommendations on tripadvisor. The hotel is two minutes from the tube station and walking distance to Westminster, the London Eye and Buckingham Palace etc..The room was lovely, and all the staff were extremely pleasant.
