Best low cost hotel I have ever stayed in in this area of London. Nice room and bathroom, clean and well maintained. Nice continental breakfast and friendly staff. Was upgraded from a single room to larger room with mezzanine sleeping area.Nice! Great value for money.

My suitcase was rifled through and two valuables were stolen during my stay. When I called to speak to the Manager I was just screamed at and verbally attacked. He was not even willing to talk to me about it at all. What else is there to say?
