Everything was perfect during our two night stay. Warm, friendly and efficient check in/out. Spotlessly clean and comfortable room. The location is great for sightseeing and restaurants in central London. Our room was on the fourth floor at the front and was incredibly quiet due to the hotel being situated down a cul de sac.
