When my girlfriend and I first got to the hotel, we were very skeptical about the lack of the front lobby and the need to ring a doorbell to be let in. We later found out that it was the wrong first impression. The room was spacious and very, very clean. Don't let the shared bathroom discourage you either. It... More

It is basically hostel accommodation with a great breakfast. The view across to HMP Holloway wasn't great but you are not going to stay there for the view. The free parking was however a bonus unlike the bathrooms which needed a serious makeover. It is centrally located between the Emirates stadium and Camden Town and if you just want to... More

My husband and I stayed here for a concert at the Emirates. When staying here don't expect the 4* quality and remember you get what you pay for. The room was spacious, clean and bed was really comfy. Decoration wasn't the best, but we were literally only there to sleep. The room had free wifi (with good signal) and an... More

We stayed in room 3 which is a family room with a double bed and a single. On arrival we were greeted very well and the woman let us into a room early so we could drop our stuff off. The Hotel is in a good place as it is 0.6 kilometers from the closest underground. Which was very useful.... More

I chose this hotel because of the price and as the saying goes you get what you pay for. that said the room was clean and very nice it had everything you needed, fridge, kettle, ironing board, tea coffees etc. I stayed two days Wednesday and Thursday nights in room two on here you will see that some people moan... This is a great b and b for a short stay, bathrooms are all shared but the rooms are very clean and well presented. The owners are helpful and friendly with a good cooked breakfast, my only complaint was that there was a lot of noise from the traffic in the morning as the windows are not double glazed.

My biggest disappointment was the over the 5 day stay was I only got a hot shower twice. Two of the days the water was freezing cold. The location is great for getting to Camden. The room also smelt though someone had been smoking in it (despite the no smoking signs).

The hotel was absolutely great. The one thing I would add would be private bathrooms. Apart from that, the staff is really kind and helpfully, you can leave your bags with them on the last day if you want to still wander around, the cleanliness and comfort are exactly right, and the prices could not be better! Totally recommend it

Have to agree with many of the reviews already left. The Castle Bar isn't the Ritz by any means but it is cheap, ideally located for Central London and spotlessly clean. Me and the Old man were down at the weekend for a gig at The Forum which is only a 10 minute walk. The nearest tube is Caldonian Rd... More
