We stayed for just one night in late March and really enjoyed or stay. The most comfortable hotel beds we've experienced for ages. The staff were all efficient and courteous and the decor was lovely. You can't beat where this hotel is located, very near to St James Park. The rooms are nice and clean and the beds are fabulous. Very quiet as well. Value for money wise the place is excellent. Small criticisms. Due to the nature of the building it feels a bit dark and enclosed. The decor is a bit old fashioned.... more
