Great shower rooms, friendly staff and great breakfast. The hotel seems to have gone through a majore refurbishment and just opened again. Free high speen internet access was another good perk more

Stayed in the newly refurbished annex - the room was a grey box with no comforts at all. For a business traveller space was impossible, nowhere to plug in laptop or get internet access. Bathroom had cracked toilet and taps were not even fitted. Not even a glass for your water - no tea or coffee facilites and duvet was... more

This was a 'OK' hotel. No lifts so have to carry your luggage up narrow windy stairs. We had a twin room & it was small but clean. The bathroom was extremely small! you could wash your hands while sitting on the toilet & not much water pressure in the shower. Key kept getting stuck in door (it took 5min's... more

We had a horrible experience with this hotel. I had booked a triple room as I was travelling with my two children. On arrival we were told the room was unavailable and we were offered two rooms. When I objected to this, the receptionist turned to my young son and asked him if he would be too afraid to sleep... more

Ate there yesterday with business colleagues. They are having a Chinese week at present albeit you can have the normal menu on special request. A vegetarian Client had to ask for vegie chinese dishes and it was no problem whatsoever. The Mango and Mango sweet was a bit creamy for me - but the other courses - particularly the prawns... more

This is a family-run hotel with a pleasant breakfast room in central London. The rooms and amenities are exceedingly clean and the staff are polite and attentive. Having said that, be sure to book a room away from the street. The passing vehicles will keep you up all night. As well, the breakfast, while adequate, is merely that and rather... more

This is a decent hotel, well worth the money, especially in a pinch, and I have only one complaint: The staff thinks Internet access is a modem jack on the telephone, not realizing travelers have come to expect direct access to the Internet, either wireless (increasingly common) or wired and that very few continue to maintain a dial-up Internet account.... more

A great little hotel near Regents Park. Clean and tidy with very helpful staff. Rooms not as large 5 star hotels but good all round value for money. more

Beware the is not the four seasons you may be thinking. I think they had the name first, thus they get to keep it. Its a typical 3 star european hotel room nothing wrong with it but no four seasons. Was quiet surprised when we got there but ended up keeping the room. more
