“Budget hotel with good bar and food”

As long as you request a rear room the hotel provides a good nights sleep. Basic room with TV, bathroom was small but spotless. Very friendly staff on check in. Breakfast was adequate but not great...bread was awful...seemed like economy bread and tinned fruit is a real no- no. The coffee was very good however and there were newspapers available... More

“Excellent location, newly refurbished. Disappointing noise in morning”

We stayed here for Pink concert in April. The location was excellent. Had to wait a while to check in. Two women were being checked in and there was another two staff members stood behind desk watching. The man then came over to help us. Perfect - we wanted a no-fuss, clean, reasonably priced place to stay prior to the London Marathon and this place was great. Transport links are good using the DLR. We would stay again; it's a quiet area at night.
