the hotel looks very classy from the front but thats about it ...my friend and I were in a twin room on the 2nd floor -the layout is very confusing with the breakfast room being located down lots of winding stairs which is very unsuitable for elderly or disabled ...the room itself was at the back of the hotel so... more

Hotel was clean, our room was small but ok just for a couple of nights. There are no tea/coffee making facilities so take your own travel kettle etc. if you want a drink. The receptionist was friendly, but the staff serving breakfast were obviously not happy in their work and breakfast itself was adequate if you are watching the calories... more

Spent three nights at the Orchard and found it fine. Location is great especially if you come in from Heathrow as Paddington is the station you arrive in and is two mins from hotel.
