great boutique hotel - very friendly staff, walking distance to buckingham palace, westminster, etc. bus stop at door, underground 5 minute walk either Pimlico or Victoria Stn. free internet, comfortable, clean rooms, breakfast and very reasonably priced for London. would recommend more

First, I really liked their breakfast. Their hot chocolate is amazing. They serve you at your table bringing you orange juice, coffee, lots of toast, bacon and beans, eggs etc. The room was small but modern with a flat screen TV and nice bathroom (just a shower). This was a budget hotel run by a family and they take care of you almost as well as the Ritz. They are very accomodating, if you have a need, just ask. We had a triple room, which was a wonderful size, it was comfortable, quiet, and much more than we expected for the price. more

Booked this hotel after reading TripAdvisor reviews and it was a good as expected. We booked a family room, which was in the basement next to the breakfast room. Even had patio doors leading to small courtyard! Room was a good size and everywhere was spotlessly clean. Owners and family make you feel so welcome. Great choice! more
