The hotel had a good location but the room was very small .we had to put the aircon unit on because it was very warm in the hotel but it did not work so we had to use a free standing fan as the the room got very stuffy.

I booked 3 nights and wish I hadn't. I was given a 'Club Room'. Incredibly small room and minute bathroom with that slight odour of mould from the tell tale spotted grouting between the tiles. I was looking for a great place to propose my girlfriend during our visit to London and I asked hotel staff to do special treat for us. Believe they went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.Club rooms are bigger in size and very posh in amenities.thank you guys for your support.

This hotel looks as though it was shown on their website.the staff is great and very attentive.you can walk to paddington station and plenty of restaurant in nearby areas.rooms are well decorated and smaller in size. Recommended hotel to all of you
