This is, by far, the worst hotel I've stayed in. Dirty rooms with no infra-structure. We were put in a basement room with no space for the luggage to go through the corridor. One of the beds was broken, the shower had no glass protection to prevent the water from flooding the ambience. Rude attendants and poor breakfast: totally crowded... More

Looks great from the outside but inside is a different story. The walls were filthy, the shower door was on its last legs hanging off. The shower had one temperature - scolding hot as thermo didn't work. Fan was hangin off the wall with nowhere to plug it in. Breakfast- "continental". Would have like it to be more than one... More

***HORRIBLE STAFF*** ***WINDOW WOULDNT LOCK*** ***BREAKFAST WAS ABMISMAL*** ***DIRTY ROOM*** I recently stayed in this 'hotel' as i was attending an embassy appointment. After looking through the photos i thought the hotel looked reasonable for the price. When i arrived i was put on a floor with two other rooms. The two couples in the room next to me were... More

This hotel is in a great location due to it being a 5 min walk from Earls court underground station For the price it's even better for 2 nights in London and with a good location it only cost £100 tho this was via a website I'm sure it's not to different anywhere else. The room was adequate with a... More

I have stayed here before and it was ok, However this time we were put in the annexe. It's a totally different property Small dirty rooms. Damaged walls, light fittings haning off the wall. Filthy carpet and very thin matarasses. When we complained we were told that there was nothing else available and the manager was not available. The receptionist... More

The hotel is fairly close to the subway - and that is the best thing. The hotel itself is worn-out and needs a good up shining. The breakfast is beyond belief - BAD!! The closest you can ever get to discount! And far to many people gathered in the small breakfast rooms. A case for the fire-department.. The staff in... More

Though the location of this hotel was good, everything else was garbage, including the service. The hotel is advertised as newly renovated, but it still looks run-down and dirty. They put us in a tiny room in the basement. The hotel also advertised air conditioning, which was just a fan bolted to the wall, and it wasn't working either. The... More

We first thought the staff were going to be good? Sadly this did not last long. When we asked for an extra pillow,We were told it would be there in the afternoon, When it did not arrive by the evening I went to reception and was told to fold up a towel as they did not have any more pillows?... I paid £44 for 1 night bed and breakfast for me and my partner. Couldnt complain, clean room, warm, 1 minute from the tube and in central London. Will use again if going to a concert. Wouldn't stay here with my child though, had that film of grime about the rooms even though it was clean

Once you book a room in the fewer stars category, there is always some uncertainty - a bit like the Christmas present provided by someone you do not like... all is possible, but usually with a capped upside! This hotel is scratching the upside ... its clean, functional, staff is friendly, all works, rooms are ok, breakfast is provided, shower... More
