Stayed for one Saturday night in Apri.l accomodation ok dont foget shower gel as its not supplied. Plenty of room to park. Its next to a Harvester pub so no worry about food, Plenty of buses into Wimbledon run every 10 mins and through the night.

We booked last minute as we needed somewhere to stay and paid 96.50 which was way to much to charge for the standard of this Traveloadge. I have stayed at many Travelodges and I would say this is the worst I have stayed in. It was very dusty and the floor was dirty. The flush on the toilet was working... More

Originally checked-in to an 'old' type room that had stained walls and carpet plus a sofa that had seen better days. Asked and was given a refurbished room that was 'less stained' but still had a broken toilet ! As we booked late paid top price for the room. This Travelodge does not do the the brand any favours. We stayed here whilst seeing our son who lives in nearby Balham. We wanted a hotel with a car park, as we had to bring down some of his stuff, and couldn't do so by train. Check-in was extremely efficient, with friendly staff who made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. The corridors to the rooms were looking... More

Good Points: 15 min walk or 5 min bus ride from tube station so convenient for London. Good price. Plenty of parking. Staff helpful and polite. Bad Points: In need of refurbishment, the decor is grubby and the sofa bed for the kids was in poor condition. The bedding was torn and there were marks on the walls and stains... More

The car park is quite tacky looking and the hotel overall is a bit tired looking. However, the room was immaculate - bathroom gleaming, towels and bed linen fine, plenty of pillows. Flat screen LG TV had crystal clear picture. Five accessible power sockets. Strong smell of air freshener but offset by opening window for a while. Room was 118... More

The carpet was full of stains, the one chair in the room (and there were two of us) was so very badly stained, to the point where you would not sit on it. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet was broken, the seat kept falling off, and was badly stained. We were handed breakfast in a bag, which contained... More

This is the worst budget hotel we've ever had the misfortune to stay in. We booked a family room and on arrival the kids beds had not even been made up. We had 2 towels between 4 of us. Agree entirely with GinaG83's review.

The review by GinaG83 summarises this accommodation perfectly. Howver, I give it one more staqr than her because it IS very cheap. But bring your earplugs - the carpark can be vry noisy at night time.

I picked this hotel as it was very close to an even we where attending locally. I paid £29 for one night on the outskirts of South West London, so I wasn't expecting much. It is a standard, clean (if a little tired) Travelodge. As we had to move hotels I paid extra for the Early Check as well [from... More
