Great location and friendly staff, however, very small rooms, poor breakfast (no fruit, no variety), lift was out of order, hot water finished at 8.30 so had to take cold shower), extra small bathroom. Expensive for its quality!

I stayed here on business persuaded by the reviews that said it was clean. Put it this way, you wouldn't go to the bathroom in bare feet. The fitting haven't been replaced for 20 years, every part of it is deeply shabby and the roomis so small I can almost touch both walls at the same time. Horrid.

Hotel room very small and very basic. Location was good. Breakfast very poor but overall cheap and cheerful and great location.If you are looking for a cheap hotel with easy access you could do worse.

Wanted accommodation near the tube and train station as well as British Museum. Clean and cheap. Our room was at the back of the building so no noise. Breakfast was ok as a continental style. The breakfast room was on the small side. Staff very helpful.

Very basic bed and breakfast .... Oops but there are more breakfast option outside the hotel. Chose to eat out on day 2 though had already paid for the breakfast. The room is noisy... Sounds like there is housekeeping in middle of the night. Most of the staff are not helpful and certainly not a place for long stay.

We wanted a place near the train station, and this being a 2 minute walk away from Kings Cross was definitely a bonus.
