We stayed at the Novotel in July for a long weekend break to explore the south bank. Hotel was very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly and it was in a great location to get to the places we wanted to visit such as the Tate Modern, Borough Market and the Dali Exhibition. Not a great fan of staying in London but think I have now found a pad that ticks all the right boxes - Great Location 2 minutes from London Bridge an friendly staff. At first sight this is a good mid-market London hotel. The rooms are small - made smaller because of the French owners insistence on separating bathroom and toilet - but nicely decorated and furnished.
