I have just returned from this hotel after a leisure weekend in London booked with Edwards Coach tours. What a fiasco! The room booking plainly stated "twin". We stayed at the Novotel in July for a long weekend break to explore the south bank. Hotel was very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly and it was in a great location to get to the places we wanted to visit such as the Tate Modern, Borough Market and the Dali Exhibition.
