We had a room on the top floor. No issues, everything worked fine. New looking, nice appliances. Nice view over the square. Good service. Good location, tube, bus, Paddington. Not overly cheap but this is London. Wifi worked. The smallest rooms as probably small - we had the next size up which we felt was worth it.

A great place, it's clean, nicely decorated and in an excellent location. It's close to Paddington station and it's very quick to Heathrow airport as well as other central London places. Our hosts Phil, Mark and David were very friendly and made our stay very special. A big Thank You!
