The hotel is clean, quiet but lacks charm. Our room was perfectly OK, but very small. Breakfast was good. Must be many Scandinavians staying here as they served cheese! Stayed here in February 2011, travelling to London with friends. We shared a triple room. The rooms are small (barely room for three suitcases when you have three girls shopping...) but nice. Just stayed here one night on a business/work trip. Really pleasantly surprised at the quality...clean room, helpful staff, very good, healthy breakfast and great, quiet, safe location. We were very satisified with this hotel. The room was clean and stylishly refurbished, the beds, pillows and covers were all new and very comfortable.
