Maybe my expectations were too high. I read reviews of the Lynton Hotel on TA but I guess I was expecting simple and cheap like a 1980s Comfort Inn. I was disappointed when we walked in. London is expensive so we opted to economize, but you get what you pay for. Next time, I'll spend more money for a nicer... more

Definitely the most friendly B&B of the many I have stayed at in London, thanks to Mark's great personality. Excellent, well-cooked hot breakfast too, also better than any others. Our twin room was small, as those in B&Bs usually are, but clean and comfortable. Excellent location. Have referred a friend already and will be back. more

As a first time traveler to London, The Lynton was a perfect hotel to stay at. It's very close to Victoria Station, one of the major tube stations in London.
