Very good hotel. The staff were very friendly and could'nt of helped us more. Good location, just one block from the tube and a stop off for the site seeing open top bus. Just took us 20 mins door to door to watch Mama Mia. Can't comment on the food as we ate out every night, loads of nearby restaurants. more

Close to Gloucester Rd. tube stop, V&A, Harrods, etc. makes the location terrific but except for helpful concierge service the quality of service is poor.
