Very clean, modern hostel. The friendly staff responded instantly to any problems/queries. Bedding and towels provided. Stayed here with 29 other students last year and generally found it a nice place to stay. Rooms were clean with plenty of storage space and nice views but unfortunately the bathrooms were miniscule and showers didn't really work properly. Slept well, wasn't much noise after 10pm. This hotel was the best hotels I've been in, in London. The staff are very friendly, they let us put our luggage in their store room even though we were checking-in at 6pm, so that was very nice of them to do that for us.
