Good value. Friendly staff and quick check in. Decent quality breakfast. Was a little complicated to walk to from the airport because of building work being done nearby, but otherwise no major complaints.

This is essentially a budget hotel, so expectations are never going to be high. Charged me without contacting me that something had been damaged. When I contacted them to sort it out the customer service I received was unacceptable, they were adament that I had done it without considering what I had told them.

good location to stay - only 20 minutes on DLR to Bank. Free parking and no congestion charge - room was basic but clean - check in quick and staff helpful - good value for money - breakfast reasonably priced.

A quick over nighter on my way through London. The Hotel is within walking distance to London City Airport, which was great. The rooms are very basic but clean and I found the bed to be fairly comfortable. The staff at the reception were great! A good choice if your looking for basic amenities and close to the airport!
