5 min walk from Paddington station (end station from Heatrow airport), you'll find Elysee hotel. The area is quiet and boring, but it is not far to Oxford street, Regent street ++. Located 100 meteres from Hyde park, it is worth a try. The rooms are small, and not very clean, but ok. The breakfast was also ok, but nothing... More

My sister-in-law and my mother and I stayed her recently on a quick tour of London. The hotel was clean, warm and in a great location! The hotel staff could not have been more helpful. They helped us book our tours and our transportation back to the airport. They also accomodated every request we had. They were super friendly and... More

The good 1. Great location. Walking distance from Hyde Park, Oxford and Regeant Street. 2. A lot of restaurants around with various cuisines like Indian, Italian and the typical english pubs. 3. Very clean hotel. The bathrooms were clean which is the most important part. The bad - 1. Tiny Tiny rooms. Barely enough place to do anything by sleep.... More

Not a bad small single room on first impression. I stay in many hotel rooms all over the world on holiday and for work, so I'm not fickle. No coffee in the welcome tray only tea, but I was tired on arrival so could not be bothered asking the Indian looking fella on reception. Bed was noisy and almost not... More

Returning from a trip abroad and before heading home for Kent, we decided to spend a couple of days in London. We had booked a room facing the Hyde park at Elysee, as we had stayed at this hotel before and had done our homework on hotel rates in this area. The location of this hotel is ideal for us... More

We had booked a room for three people. The room turned out to be a tiny dark place with a small window in the end of a narrow corridor overlooking a bin and the wall of the opposite house. We complained to the reception immediately and cancelled further bookings after one night. The person in the reception said we should... More

Booked 1 night stay as attending "Proms in the park" So disappointed. Our allocated room was in the basement. You couldnt see daylight as there was a wall directly outside the window. The room was shabby. There was a musty smell and damp patches on the wall. The width of the room was just slightly bigger than the lenght of a... More

As hoteliers we strive to ensure that not a single guest is dissatisfied. However sometimes we have to concede that all guests cannot be pleased all the time. When these guests checked in and were not happy with the accommodation a full refund was made without any fuss whatsoever. This was despite the rate basis being non cancellable & non... More

This was a little higher scale place then we would usually book but after a long day of traveling we didn't want to play any games and have a nice place to rest up at. The location is good, walking distance from Paddington Station and right around the corner from Hyde Park. They also offer breakfast in the morning with... More

I stayed here for 3 nights with my mum and booked it all online through the hotel directly, we were on a sight seeing trip to london. After reading the reviews, I was a bit worried ... but I shouldnt have been. If you pay reasonable prices in london then you expect to get a reasonable room which this hotel... More
