The University of Westminster Halls - Furnival house is located within a 10-15 minute walk from the Archway station (take the Northern Line) in outer London. I believe the walk in rate is around 21 pounds a night for a single room. You can walk from Archway station, but its a rather steep hill. Take a bus and get off at Highgate Hill stop and your walk will be much shorter.

As for our stay, we stayed in a single room in early September. Our stay was certainly not the greatest, especially with hostels.com / Furnival house messing up our re-booking and not having our new booking information. We had to pay for 2 nights instead of the 1 night we were going to be there. The reception was not particularly helpful in this matter.

The room was very small with a single dorm bed, a desk, and a wardrobe. Very cramped, but to be expected. There is a sink and minor in the room, but the bathroom and shower room are in the hallway (seperate, each wing has both). There is also a... more
